APS components APS devices may include some or all of the following components:
Controller boards and wiring
Pushbuttons, tactile arrows, vibrating surfaces and signs
Speakers and microphones
All may be integrated into one unit or these may be separate components
to be sited and installed. Location and installation of the components
can affect usability.
Installer positioning
the APS controller board inside the back of the pedestrian signal
head.
