PBIC reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your use of the site will be subject to the most current version posted on the site at the time of use.

Please feel free to use these videos in any noncommercial projects including web pages, presentations, and events. There are no costs, royalties, or extra payments for the videos but you must adhere to the following Usage Guidelines: the videos are incorporated for viewing purposes only, the videos you use are for noncommercial informational or educational reasons only, and your web pages do not give permission to download and save the videos for any reason.

You are required to cite the source when using videos taken from this website. For example: PBIC Video Library / video title and source

You are not permitted to redistribute the videos as stock footage; use specific government, company, or persons' names, initials, and emblems for any commercial purposes or to express or imply endorsement or sponsorship of any commercial product, service, or activity; or create obscene or scandalous works, as defined by the Federal Government at the time the work is created, using the videos or any modification thereof.

Videos in the Library are intended to serve a variety of educational purposes; video content does not necessarily represent the views of the Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center or the Federal Highway Administration. User discretion is advised.
