Bike Laws:

Bicycling on Freeways


Bicycling on Interstates and Freeways in New York is Not Allowed (Prohibited (possible exceptions)).

Exceptions Include:

Allowed on the Lake Ontario State parkway near Rochester and NY 365 near Rome after "an extensive engineering safety study"
